The AT Capital – SUTD Master of Architecture Scholarship is established to improve the lives of students with demonstrated financial need who are passionate about environmental sustainability in real estate. Recipient(s) of this Scholarship have the opportunity to work with Experion Developers (a multi-award winning world class real estate developer and member of the AT Capital group) in Delhi, India to put student training and new skills to the test in a practical business environment.
Eligibility
The Scholarship is open to students who:
- are of any nationality with a preference for candidates of Indian descent;
- full-time students pursuing an M.Arch programme at the University;
- are ready to take on a problem statement relating to architecture and real estate provided by AT Capital which target net zero solutions in the real estate sector (e.g. eco-homes, innovative low carbon building methods);
- have good academic standing and are passionate about the environment/ sustainability; and
- have demonstrated financial need (per capita income of S$2,500 per month or less, or the prevailing upper limit for monthly household per capita income as specified by the Ministry of Education for the eligibility criteria for the Higher Education Bursary)
Benefits of the Scholarship
- The Scholarship shall be applied towards the recipients’ tuition fees and other study-related expenses (from any balance after payment of tuition fees) at the University for one (1) academic year.
- No bond is required under the terms of this Scholarship.
- The recipient of a Scholarship must take up the Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) from the Singapore Government. Under the TGS, non-Singaporeans will be obligated to work in Singapore for a minimum period of three years upon graduation.
Terms & Conditions
- The recipient is required to achieve and maintain good academic standing. Academic performance will be reviewed every term.
- The Scholarship may be withdrawn at any time if, in the opinion of SUTD, the recipient’s academic progress or conduct is deemed unsatisfactory.
Application Procedures
- Incoming students can apply for the Scholarship when applying for admission to SUTD.
- Existing students who are eligible to write into March@sutd.edu.sg
- Shortlisted applicants will be notified in due course.
- Scholarships are awarded on the basis of competition among eligible applicants.
- SUTD reserves the right not to award any Scholarship if there are no candidates of sufficient merit. The decision of the selection committee is final. Enquiries or disputes surrounding its decisions will not be entertained.

The Chen Sing Wu Study Grant is established to support financially disadvantaged but deserving students pursuing the Master of Architecture programme at SUTD.
Eligibility:
- Students pursuing M.Arch at SUTD
- Singapore citizens with demonstrated financial need (monthly household Per Capita Income of S$2,500 and below)
- Good moral character and community spirit
Tenure:
- The Grant is tenable for one year only
- Each recipient may be awarded the grant once only during the full course of study at SUTD
Benefits of Grant:
- The Grant will have a quantum of up to $5,000
- Award shall be applied towards the payment of the recipients’ subsidised tuition fees only
- No bond attached
