Exercise is important for everyone, much so people with schizophrenia due to their shortened lifespan of 15-20 years, as well as usual office workers that spend most of their time at their desks. By integrating activity spaces with office spaces, the new office experience would help encourage users to exercise via gradual exposure to these activities.

These activities would also have contributing factors to the surrounding environment, e.g. generating energy to power certain decorative lights, so as to gamify the experience of exercising and encourage the office workers to participate.
